At KickAss Products, we want you to love your new look, so we offer free returns and exchanges on all fashion items within 30 days of delivery. Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
